Returns Policy

  • We typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as an undeliverable address, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
  • We will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund and for an exchange if the product is flawed, poor print. Please bear in mind that is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct size based on the table provided on the website (no return for another size). Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns about getting your product returned back to us, we will be happy to help.
  • In case of the issues listed above, please kindly send pictures of the item showing the damage and label of the item along with a clear description of the problem and contact our customer support teams with full evidence, we will strive our best to make it right. As soon as evidence is verified by us and the fulfillment company we work with, Reshipment can be arranged within 48 hours.
  • A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for a refund.
 
PLEASE BE AWARE:
  • We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing or producing our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when compared with the artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 centimeters shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.
  • Please be aware as we work with a third party and produce on demand with a fulfillment company delivery time might take longer.
  • Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be

  • REFUNDS Returns do take us 8-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
